Charley King's unique Jamaican jerk blend is the spice you need for perfectly grilled pork kebabs this summer.

 

Charley King's Jamaican Jerk Pork Kebab

 

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Season pork with Charley King’s Jamaican Jerk Rub; marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Place pork pieces on skewers with onions, peppers, or other vegetables of choice.
  4. Preheat grill to 350º F to 400º F, then cook kebabs on the grill. This can also be done in the oven, or on a frying pan.
