Charley King's Jamaican Jerk Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Rub Charley King’s Jamaican Dry Rub on chicken. Marinate for 15-20 minutes, using 1 oz of rub per pound of chicken.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes, then turn and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Brush Charley King’s BBQ Sauce of choice on chicken 5 minutes before taking out of the oven
For best results: cook over charcoal, ideally over a rack of pimento wood.
