Where can I buy Charley King's Products?
As of July 2021, Charley King's products are sold exclusively online at our official website and on Amazon. We also sell in 48 Whole Foods across seven states, and the WNC Farmer's Market in Asheville, NC. What makes the products Jamaican?
Using spices and herbs native to Jamaica, all products are uniquely handcrafted by Charley King.

How hot is hot? And how mild is mild?
While everyone has different tastes and tolerances, in our opinion, it's about the flavor. If you're sensitive to heat, start out with the mild options. If you like the extra kick, go in with the hot flavors.

What is your return policy? 
Due to products being food items, returns are not allowed. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number, contact information, and complaint, and we will seek to offer a resolution in a timely manner.  

What is your shipping policy? 
All orders ship within 3 business days between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, when ordered directly from our website. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Select expedited shipping at checkout for same-day shipping.
